Terms of Service

1. majem.uk's role

majem.uk is an aggregator: buyers pay into majem.uk's payment account (QRIS/VA/e-wallets); majem.uk forwards funds to sellers. majem.uk is not the seller of goods; sellers are responsible for quality and delivery.

2. Fees

• v1 platform take: 1–2% per paid transaction.
• Channel fees passed to buyer: QRIS 0.7%, VA Rp4,000, e-wallets per channel.
• Founder price: Rp99,000/year during the v1 manual period.

3. Payment & payouts

H+3 settlement. Payouts to sellers every Tuesday and Friday, minimum Rp50,000, with transfer proof. Orders carry an Order ID (MJ-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) and status pending / paid / settled / disbursed / refunded. Payment callbacks are idempotent: duplicate callbacks never double-credit.

4. 7-day refunds

Buyers may request a refund within 7 days if goods don't arrive or don't match. Sellers must respond within 2×24 hours. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the payment source / buyer account.

5. Abuse

Forbidden: gambling/slots/togel, phishing, illegal products. New sellers start as pending_review; QRIS activates after manual approval <24h (ID + WA + product photo check). Violations mean suspension + held funds for buyer refunds. Report via the report button / WA support at Contact.
