1. Data collected

• Buyers: name, WhatsApp number, shipping address, order history.
• Sellers: name, ID card (manual verification), WA number, bank account, product photos.
• Technical: access logs, IP, user-agent for security and anti-abuse.

2. Data usage

To process orders, verify payments, disburse funds to sellers, provide support, and prevent gambling/phishing. Never sold to third parties.

3. Storage

Data is stored in a Postgres database with encrypted daily backups. Transfer proofs and ID cards are only accessible to authorized operators.

4. User rights

Request access, correction, or deletion via WhatsApp support. Seller accounts that violate rules (gambling, phishing) are permanently banned along with their data as required by law.
